How to make a Non-alcoholic Peeps Beverage

If the kids want their own Easter Peeps beverages, simply tint some milk with food coloring and serve it with a floating peep for a kid friendly version of this Peeps Martini.

You can add a little dash of vanilla extract and a pinch of sugar to the milk to make the non-alcoholic version of this Peeps beverage even better.

How to make a Peeps Martini for Easter

Ingredients:

• vanilla vodka
• white chocolate liqueur
• half and half (or heavy cream)
• gel food coloring (we used pink)
• Peeps marshmallow chick
• ice

Instructions:

If you’d like to have a chocolate coated Peep floating in your martini, melt some candy wafers in the microwave according to the directions on the bag. Dip your Peep into the chocolate, then set the Peep to the side so the chocolate can harden while you create the Peep Martini. We used milk chocolate to dip our Peep chick this time, but you can use any melting candy wafer that you prefer. Wouldn’t a pastel candy coating be cute?

Add the ice, vanilla vodka, white chocolate liqueur and half & half to a cocktail shaker.

Drop in one or two drops of gel food coloring. We used pink.

Place the top on the shaker and shaker your cocktail well to combine the ingredients and chill the beverage.

Use the shaker top to strain the ice out of the martini as you pour the Peeps Martini into a martini glass.

Garnish the Peeps Martini with a floating Peeps marshmallow. (We used a chick)
