How to make a Strawberry Orange Mimosa
Fresh Strawberries– This recipe is best when made with fresh strawberries. Be sure to cut the green tops off of the strawberries before adding them to the blender. If you don’t have any fresh strawberries on hand, you can switch them out for frozen strawberries instead.
Orange Juice– Fresh squeezed orange juice is ideal, but feel free to use your favorite type of store bought orange juice.
Champagne, prosecco, or sparkling wine– Choose your favorite type of bubbly. Any type will work just as well as another in these Strawberry Orange Mimosas! Make sure your bubbly is well chilled before you make the Strawberry Orange Mimosas
Add the strawberries and orange juice to a blender and blend until smooth.
Divide the fresh strawberry orange juice evenly between 6 champagne flutes.
Fill the glasses with the champagne or prosecco.
Garnish the glasses with slices of orange and fresh strawberries.
How to make a single serving Strawberry Orange Mimosa
Simply fill the champagne flute about 1/3 of the way with the blended strawberry orange juice and refrigerate the rest of the orange juice for later. Then, top your glass with the bubbly.

- 750 ml bottle champagne, prosecco, or sparkling wine
